This is to bring capacity training program in vocational areas that we encourage the youths and others in need to learn a trade, so that they can become value-adding personalities in the society where they may find themselves as well as becoming resourceful with a rewarding future. However, youths that have one handiwork or the other shall also be empowered in terms of assisting them to practice such wherever they choose in the country.
Having discovered that most graduates could not identify where he or she fits in society after school made Renaissance Support to introduce Mentorship program, an awareness channel whereby an experienced professional can tutor and undergraduate in his/her field. This will enhance human capacity development.

Our Goals and Purpose
- Youth acquisition of entrepreneurship skills

- Building confidence and stability in Nigerian youths through developmental strategies and plans
- Contribute to reducing the rate of unemployment among Nigeria youths by an enhancement of financial literacy concepts, as well as developing the needed skills for employability in the youths.
- Organize events and activities to foster social interaction among Nigeria youths, such as effective work habits, social enterprise development programs, teamwork and corporate social responsibility campaigns.

- Rural dweller empowerment through provision of infrastructure and amenities to enhance growth and development.

Our Approach
We have an understanding on the dynamics of the educational system in Nigeria. We are driven by corporate social responsibility roles and how much needs to be done to reduce the incidence of unemployment in present day Nigeria. This whole has made us recognize the unique opportunity to transform the job-searching graduates to job-creating ones. We are uniquely positioned to successfully fill this void and groom the next generation of labour employers right from the current crop of undergraduate students.
One of our major ideas is to sensitize youth in higher institution of learning by bringing them in contact with young and successful professionals, so to stimulate their creative ingenuities and giving them the success edge and future hope. Visiting villages to discover talents through educating programs such as quiz, personal interview and debate etc.
